New Installation (Residential & Light Commercial)
We are pleased to offer consultation, engineering, and installation services to homeowners and contractors to aid in the design and completion of your building project.

Repair & Maintenance
We offer planned maintenance agreements to help keep your system operating at the highest efficiency possible and to extend the life of your equipment. Additional benefits of an annual maintenance program include lower utility bills and priority service in the unlikely event that your system fails, 15% discount on all repairs, and NO overtime charges.

Service Agreement Programs
At Holley Heating and Air, your comfort is our top priority. By enrolling in our Service Agreement Programs you will be prepared for any weather condition with the confidence that your system is operating at its peak efficiency. With our Basic Service Agreement you will receive three visits during your first year. scheduled at six-month intervals. Plus, priority service, a 15% discount on all repairs and more.

In addition to our Basic Agreement, we also offer a Comprehensive Service Agreement that includes full coverage for repairs and two bi-annual complete system cleanings and inspections. That's real peace of mind, great energy savings, and excellent service!
